Terms & Conditions

Payout Method:

  • Payouts are only by electronic check or direct deposit.
  • Rent a Rack and Rent a Space payouts are made at the end of the rental when items have been picked up only by electronic check or direct deposit.

Damage, Theft or Loss:

  • We take great care to safeguard your items, but please be aware that all items are left at the owner's risk. Queens Exchange - Consign Queens will not be responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.

Curation:

  • Queens Exchange - Consign Queens reserves the right to remove any unfit item from the sales floor.

Rack/Space Rental Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule your rack rental a maximum of 2 times at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date. 
  • A maximum of 2 rescheduling attempts will be allowed before the fee is considered forfeit
Rack/Space Rental Set-Up: 
  • Rack/Space Set-Up Time: Thursdays 1-5pm/Saturdays 10am-11am (PST)
  • Your rack/space must be set up during the designated set-up time. If you are not available during the set up time, you have the option to prepay for a service add-on.
  • If you do not set up during the designated set-up time and do not prepay for a service add on, your reservation is considered canceled without an option to reschedule.

Rack/Space Rental Take-Down: 
  • Rack/Space Take Down Time: Sundays 5:00pm-6:00pm (PST)
  • Your rack must be taken down during the designated Take-Down time. If you are not available during the Take Down time, you have the option to prepay for a service add-on.
  • If you do not take down your rack during the designated take down time and do not prepay for a service add on, your items will be taken down and will become property of Queens Exchange - Consign Queens.
Rack/Space Rental Renter Responsibility:
  • It is the responsibility of the renter to enter their items on our online platform prior to the start of the rental period.
  • An add on service for setting up prices is available if needed. 
Rental Refunds: 
  • Queens Exchange - Consign Queens does not refund rack/space rentals for any reason.
Consignment or Buyout Drop Offs: 
  • Any items which are being considered for Consignment or Buyout utilizing our Drop Off  service only will be priced and automatically entered in our system. 
  • All other items not eligible for consignment or buyout will become property of Queens Exchange - Consign Queens and will be donated.
Ownership of goods sold: 
  • Selling goods that do not belong to you or goods that are stolen is strictly prohibited. 
  • The renter/seller/consignor guarantees they have the right to sell the items
    Counterfeit/Inspired: 
    • We do not allow counterfeit items to be sold on our racks/spaces
    Rack/Space Rental Commission Split:
    • Queens Exchange - Consign Queens keeps 1/3 or 33.4% of total revenue made on the sale of an item. 
    • Rent a Rack Seller keeps 66.6% or 2/3 of total revenue made on the sale of an item.
    • Rent a Space Seller keeps 75% or 3/4 of total revenue made on the sale of an item.
    • Credit card fees and other associated fees will follow the same split structure.
    Consignment ONLY Commission Split:
    • Queens Exchange - Consign Queens keeps 60% Commission of total revenue made on the sale of an item
    • The Seller keeps 40% Commission of total revenue made on the sale of an item.
    • Credit card fees and other associated fees will follow the same split structure.
    Buyout ONLY Payout Structure:
    • The seller will earn 25% of the store selling price
    • Queens Exchange - Consign Queens determines the store selling price.
    Subject to Change:
    • The terms of this agreement are subject to change as needed at any time.
