Rent-A-Rack General Information

Rental Fee & Commission

Rack Rentals are available for a flat fee of $99 over a 4 weekend (Sat & Sunday) period + Thursdays

You will earn 66.6% commission on items sold.

Can I rent a rack together with my friends or family?

Yes, you can rent a rack with your friend and/or family.

There will only be one account holder and one person paying for the reservation. The account holder will receive the payout from commissions earned. We cannot split the items.

What can I sell on my rack?

A maximum of 50 clothing items and 5 accessories are allowed per rack. 

Clothing Item Category consists of: Jackets, Coats, Vests, Pants, Shirts, Dresses, Skirts, Sweaters. 

Accessory Category consists of: Scarves, Belts, Hats, Shoes. 

What can I NOT sell on my rack?

Items must be clean and in selling condition. Items with stains, rips or strong odors will not be accepted.  

We do not accept furniture, inspired or faux luxury items, adult entertainment, drugs, dangerous goods, weapons, plants or groceries. 

Please note, selling stolen items or someone else’s belongings is strictly forbidden. The renter must confirm they have the rights to the items brought for sale.

Payout Information

Once your rental reservation is complete, it's time to get paid!

Expect your payout 1-3 days after your rental period is over.

Payouts are made by electronic check or direct deposit only.

There is a $2.00 surcharge for this service.

Rent a Rack "What to Expect"

Step 1. Get your items ready!

Make sure all items are cleaned, pressed, and steamed before you bring them to the store.

Step 2. Set-Up Day!

  • If you are setting up your own rack, bring your items to the store (Saturday 10am-11am) 
  • You’ll receive your rack assignment, 50 hangers, a Tag Gun, Hangtags and your price tags.
  • Price your items, set up your rack and you're all set!

Step 3. Participating in Discount Days:

  • We recommend applying a 20% to 50% discount on your rack during our designated discount days. (Usually the 3rd and 4th week of your reservation).
  • Discount percentages must apply to all items on your rack.

Step 4: Check if your items are selling!

You'll be able to check on your items through our vendor portal:

Step 5. Take Down Your Rack

  • Your rack must be emptied on the last day of your rental agreement. 
  • Please ensure you come at the designated take down time (Sunday 5pm-6pm)

Step 6: Get Paid!

Once your rental reservation is complete, it's time to get paid!
