Space Rentals are available for a flat fee of $99 over a 4 weekend (Sat & Sunday) period + Thursdays

It is important to note:
There will only be one account holder and one person paying for the reservation. The account holder will receive the payout from commissions earned. We cannot split the items.

In your "Rent a Space," you can sell a variety of unique and novelty items that fit within the boutique environment. Some examples include:

• Holiday Gift Sets: Thoughtfully curated seasonal or holiday-themed gift packages.
• Candles & Home Fragrances: Hand-poured candles, wax melts, and essential oil diffusers.
• Personalized Gifts: Custom-made items like monogrammed accessories, engraved keepsakes, and photo gifts.
• Jewelry: Handcrafted earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings with a unique or personalized touch.
• Artisanal Home Décor: Handmade home accents such as wall art, pottery, or decorative items.
• Stationery & Paper Goods: Customized notebooks, journals, greeting cards, and planners.
• Bath & Body Products: Handmade soaps, bath bombs, lotions, or skincare products with unique scents or natural ingredients.
• Fashion Accessories: Handcrafted bags, scarves, hats, and other stylish pieces.

This space is ideal for selling items that are creative, personalized, and perfect for gifting!

We do not accept, inspired or faux luxury items, adult entertainment, drugs, dangerous goods, weapons, plants or Specialty Foods: (Small-batch, gourmet treats like chocolates, jams, and artisanal snacks).

Please note, selling stolen items or someone else’s belongings is strictly forbidden. The renter must confirm they have the rights to the items brought for sale.

Once your rental reservation is complete, it's time to get paid!

Expect your payout 1-3 days after your rental period is over.

Payouts are made by electronic check or direct deposit only.
